I began my career as a project manager for GE, took a decade-long detour to practice law in California, Illinois, and numerous federal districts, and returned to the business world in 2013 as an operations and strategy professional. Litigating in both state and federal courts equipped me to deal with difficult situations and impossible deadlines. Managing high-profile projects for international companies like GE and Granicus, and the global operations of the legal project management team at Mayer Brown, has given me the opportunity to successfully work with extremely varied internal and external stakeholders, literally around the world.
